Job Description
- The LPN will work closely with Registered Nurses (RNs) to implement person-driven care plans, ensuring individualized care for each resident.
- The LPN will also be responsible for collecting and maintaining accurate data on resident care, facilitating effective communication among healthcare team members.
Requirements
- A current State license as a Practical Nurse, in good standing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
- Clinical experience is preferred, but not required.
