We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Front Desk Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing patient flow, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet patients, answer phone calls, and respond to emails in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Scheduling and Verification: Schedule and verify patient appointments, as well as confirm and reschedule appointments as needed.
  • Financial Management: Collect co-payments, verify insurance coverage, and present financial policies to patients.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including demographic information, medical history, and treatment plans.
  • Quality Control: Perform quality control checks on financial information, insurance verification, and end-of-day reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred.
  • Experience: 1-5 years of customer service, insurance, or dental experience preferred.
  • Skills: Knowledge of dental software, Microsoft Office programs, and ability to learn new programs as needed.
