- Supervise children by sight and sound, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Develop strong skills on guitar, keyboard, or other instrument, with knowledge of developmentally appropriate music for preschool children.
- Comfortable singing and playing an instrument in both small and large groups, promoting musical expression and creativity.
- Experience working with 5-year-olds, understanding their unique needs and developmental stages.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to work effectively with children, educators, and specialists.
