At Sevita, we believe that every person deserves to live a full and independent life. As a Behavioral Health Caregiver, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to achieve their goals and live their best lives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide assistance with daily activities, including socialization, behavioral development, personal care, and recreational activities.
  • Accurately document progress and activity, and review records to stay up-to-date with changes in service plans.
  • Provide clinical expertise, including knowledge of specialized populations and behavioral support strategies.
  • May accompany individuals to medical appointments and relay orders and information to and from medical providers.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Six months of experience in human services preferred.
  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Valid driver's license in good standing.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multi-task to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A reliable, responsible attitude and a compassionate approach.
