Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop meaningful relationships with the individuals you serve, providing support and guidance to help them thrive.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal hygiene and medication management, while promoting independence and autonomy.
  • Support participants with developmental goals, including budgeting, dental hygiene, exercise, and nutrition, while adapting to their unique needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create personalized care plans, ensuring that each individual receives the support they need to succeed.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.
