About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at McDonald's. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading shifts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead shifts, manage teams, and ensure seamless customer service
- Monitor performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions
- Ensure compliance with McDonald's standards, policies, and procedures
- Manage inventory, maintain accurate records, and optimize profitability
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance team performance
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives
Requirements
- Previous leadership experience in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
