About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Director to lead our SAP Sales Practice in North America. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving growth and revenue for our clients in the M&E/LS/Manufacturing segment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a growth strategy to expand our customer base and increase revenue
  • Collaborate with industry vertical leaders and client partners to generate pipeline and drive deal closures
  • Build strong alliances with SAP regional leaders and Account Executives to drive business growth
  • Anchoring large transformation RFPs for S/4HANA, Cloud migration, and AMS deals by providing customer insights and industry expertise
  • Drive marketing campaigns for lead generation, including webinars, fireside chats, and CIO forums
  • Contribute to analyst relationships and ratings
Requirements
  • At least 20 years of experience in the SAP economy, with at least 10 years of experience in selling SAP services
  • Proven track record of delivering consistent growth with upselling and cross-selling experience
  • Experience in pipeline generation through marketing activities and new account opening
  • Should have managed a portfolio of accounts with an annual revenue target of 50+ MUSD
  • Should have sold and managed at least 2 end-to-end S/4HANA transformation programs

  • Competitive base salary: $150,000 to $200,000
