  • Strong understanding of GAAP, financial regulations, and tax planning.
  • Proven experience in strategic financial planning and analysis.
  • Excellent leadership skills with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
  • Outstanding verbal, written, and visual communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in raising capital and managing investor relations.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Finance.
  • CPA or other relevant professional certification.
  • Experience in the steel industry or related manufacturing sectors.
  • Knowledge of international finance and global market dynamics.
  • Expertise in mergers and acquisitions.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and financial software.
  • Track record of successful cost reduction and process improvement initiatives.
