Job Title: IT Field Service Technician

We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented IT Field Service Technician to provide technical support across multiple locations in Illinois.

As an IT Field Service Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless operation of our information technology systems, resolving technical issues, and delivering excellent service to our end-users.

Responsibilities:
  • Respond to IT support requests from end-users across multiple locations.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and network issues efficiently.
  • Perform routine maintenance, upgrades, and repairs on computers, printers, and other IT equipment.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot software applications and operating systems.
  • Assist in setup, configuration, and maintenance of network infrastructure.
  • Maintain accurate records of IT service requests, resolutions, and equipment inventory.

Effectively manage and prioritize IT support requests across multiple locations.

Required Skills & Experience:
  • 3+ years of experience as an IT Field Service Technician.
  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and software applications.
  • Strong knowledge of IOS/Android devices.
  • Familiarity with network protocols, security, and troubleshooting.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
  • Healthcare experience.
  • Service Now.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
