  • Lead, direct, and inspire your team to deliver outstanding results in line with quarterly objectives.
  • Identify key opportunities for improvement in product ranges, including slow-moving stock, and communicate back to the buying team.
  • Assess departmental results and refocus the team to achieve goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a restaurant environment with table service.
  • Understanding of table booking systems (desirable).
  • Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating a professional manner at all times.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Flexible approach to changing circumstances with a willingness to take on new tasks.
