The IT Manager will lead IT operations, innovate technology integration, and provide daily IT support.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead IT operations, including network security and hardware/software maintenance.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field.
Relevant IT certifications.
2+ years of experience managing IT systems, preferably in a professional services environment.
At least 1 year of experience managing other IT professionals.
Expertise in network management, cybersecurity, and cloud solutions.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
Excellent communication skills to translate tech concepts for non-technical staff.
