Job Summary

The Seafood Manager will oversee the daily operations of the Meat Department at El Super, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with company procedures, policies, and goals
  • Act as a role model of professionalism, ethical behavior, and effective decision making
  • Manage physical and visual requirements of the job, including lifting, standing, walking, and kneeling
Requirements

El Gerente de Mariscos debe tener experiencia en gestión de operaciones y liderazgo, así como habilidades de comunicación efectiva. También debe ser capaz de trabajar en un entorno de alta presión y tomar decisiones rápidas.
