COM Manager

The COM Manager is a key role within the Hunt Corporation, responsible for overseeing the Change of Occupancy Maintenance process. This position requires strong leadership and organizational skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

• Lead and manage the COM department, ensuring seamless coordination with property management teams
• Develop and implement scopes of work, negotiate trade contracts, and ensure vendor compliance with HMC insurance requirements
• Utilize property management software (Yardi) to schedule and track COM process activities, ensuring timely payment of contractors and vendors
• Identify and resolve inefficiencies in the COM process, ensuring timely resident move-ins and high-quality work
• Collaborate with Maintenance Director to achieve HMC goals and performance metrics

• High School Diploma or GED required; 1-3 years of staff supervisory experience and 5+ years of building maintenance experience preferred
• Knowledge of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and general building maintenance
• Advanced degree of leadership, integrity, and management skills
• Proven ability to meet deadlines, goals, and problem-solve
• Proficient in property management software (Yardi) and standard office software

Hunt Corporation offers a competitive salary range of $63,400 - $79,400, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. This position is also eligible for a performance bonus.
