Job Title: Seasonal Customer Service Representative

Samaritan's Purse is seeking experienced customer service professionals to join our Operation Christmas Child (OCC) Processing Center Team as Seasonal Customer Service Representatives. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in welcoming, equipping, and coaching thousands of volunteers to process OCC shoebox gifts.

Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and register volunteers serving at the OCC processing center.
  • Answer questions and orient volunteers to the OCC processing center.
  • Work with Volunteer Placers to greet, direct, and place volunteer groups at open OCC processing tables.
  • Promote and facilitate the accurate sale of Samaritan's Purse and Operation Christmas Child branded merchandise through an automated transaction system.
  • Document Gift-In-Kind donations and ensure adequate supply and delivery of GIK inventory.
  • Train, coach, and supervise volunteers who serve in the GIK projects area.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Processing Center Administrative Associate.
Requirements:
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift and/or move 50 lbs.
  • Must be a team player.
  • Friendly personality and good communicator.
