About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Kia of Carmel. As a Sales Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the positive customer experience that our dealership is known for.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers in selecting a vehicle that meets their needs by asking questions and listening to their requirements.
  • Provide timely follow-up and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Explain product features, applications, and benefits to prospects and describe optional equipment available for purchase.
  • Deliver vehicles to customers, ensuring they understand the vehicle's operating features, warranty, and paperwork.
  • Stay up-to-date on incoming inventory, features, and accessories to provide customers with the best possible experience.
  • Introduce customers to service department personnel to emphasize the quality and efficiency of service repairs and maintenance.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of sales or customer service experience.
  • Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • Excellent customer service, organizational, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic presence in a team environment.
  • Prior proven customer-service or retail sales experience.
  • 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy.
