About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Diabetes Sales Associate to join our team at Abbott. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for growing sales with healthcare professionals (HCPs) assigned to your territory, developing customer relationships, and strengthening our market presence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet or exceed sales quotas for the FreeStyle Libre portfolio.
  • Leverage company-generated targets to prospect for new business and close new sales in expanded marketplaces.
  • Collaborate with various channel partners within HCP, Managed Care, Retail, and Point of Care organizations.
  • Establish strong relationships with a broad base of internal and external healthcare constituents.
  • Act with a sense of purpose and urgency, engaging in a friendly, respectful manner.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years previous sales experience with a successful sales track record from previous positions.
  • Excellent communication skills, high energy, integrity, and ambition to succeed.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Sales experience in the healthcare industry.
  • B2B sales experience.
