- Manage Data Collection and Analysis: Assist with managing the collection, correlation, analysis, and reporting of data and studies of organizational information to drive department operations, business decisions, and mitigate risk/loss.
- Manage Database Maintenance: Assist with managing the maintenance of databases to ensure operational efficiency and reduce operational risk.
- Identify and Resolve Operational Gaps: Identify and resolve operational and performance gaps and obstacles; develop and implement changes and improvements.
- Lead Report Development: Lead the development of reports and solutions to establish and strengthen system controls, facilitate process management, data reconciliation, to improve services and products.

- Advanced Knowledge of Regulations: Advanced knowledge of applicable federal and state laws, rules, and regulations that govern the functions.
- Significant Experience Leading Analytics Operations: Significant progressively responsible experience leading and managing an analytics operation, preferably in a large financial institution to include operational and regulatory risks and controls.
- Working Knowledge of Banking Industry Trends: Working knowledge of any of the following: asset/liability management, financial accounting, cost accounting, budgeting principles and practices, statistics, finance, and/or mathematical modeling.
- Significant Experience with Statistical Modeling Software: Significant experience in the use of statistical modeling software (e.g. SAS or SPSS), and with QRM systems and software.
- Working Knowledge of Asset-Liability Management: Working knowledge of the concepts of asset-liability management.
- Significant Experience Demonstrating Thought-Leadership: Significant experience demonstrating thought-leadership, initiative-taking, decision-making, and creativity solving business problems.
- Significant Experience Managing Multiple Priorities: Significant experience managing multiple priorities independently and/or in a team environment to achieve goals.
