Job Title: Child Development Educator

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Pre-Kindergarten Teacher to lead our 4 and 5 year old class. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing a comprehensive curriculum that meets the collective and individual needs of our students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and follow a thorough instructional plan
  • Teach essential reading and math skills to our young learners
  • Support children in developing social and emotional skills
  • Foster a collaborative learning environment using various teaching methods
  • Communicate effectively with parents and school staff
  • Evaluate student progress to ensure they meet developmental milestones

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) with a PA state teaching certification for Pre-K - 4th grade
  • Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices in education and classroom management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation guidelines and ability to adhere to them
  • Problem-solving and mediation skills
