Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the health center team, including greeting patients, managing paperwork, and maintaining accurate records.

  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information with discretion.
  • Collaborate with the Dean of Clinical Education, Billing Manager, and Office Manager to ensure seamless operations and high-quality patient care.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; previous experience in a medical office setting preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Basic proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems and ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize responsibilities.
  • Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality in a sensitive healthcare environment.
