Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Greet guests with a warm and sincere welcome, using a positive and clear speaking voice to understand their needs and provide personalized service.
- Front Office Leadership: Provide guidance and leadership to Guest Service associates, ensuring consistent quality customer service is delivered.
- Registration and Check-In: Promptly complete the registration process, inputting and retrieving information from our computer system, and confirming pertinent details.
- Room Assignments: Make appropriate selections of rooms based on guest needs, and nonverbally confirm the room number and rate.
- Account Management: Close out guest accounts at time of check-out, and in the event of dissatisfaction, negotiate compromise and authorize revenue allowances as needed.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and respect for the importance of teamwork.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
