Automotive Porter

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Automotive Porter to join our team at the Gillman Automotive Group. As an Automotive Porter, you will play a critical role in maintaining the appearance and organization of our car lot, ensuring a positive customer experience.

• Wash, wax, and buff vehicles to a high standard
• Vacuum interiors and trunks, and clean all glass components thoroughly
• Inspect and clean engine compartments
• Operate car wash equipment where available
• Follow quality control checklists to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction
• Attend weekly department meetings to stay informed and contribute to team discussions
• Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the team's goals

• Up to six months of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Must be eligible to work in the US and pass pre-employment screening, including a MVR, drug screen, and criminal background check
• Operator's Driver's License (must be insurable)

The physical demands of this role include standing, walking, using hands to handle or feel objects, reaching with hands and arms, and climbing or balancing. The employee may also be required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
