Service Porter

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Service Porter to join our team at Bert Ogden Auto Group. As a Service Porter, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our service drive, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a safe and clean environment for our clients.

• Parking and Retrieval: Safely park and retrieve client vehicles in a timely and efficient manner.
• Client Escort: Greet and escort clients to the appropriate member of our team, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Perform routine vehicle checks, replace bulbs, and find and install license plates as needed.
• Communication: Notify the Assistant Service Manager or Estimator if a client is waiting, and maintain open communication with the team to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and organized service drive, including the removal of debris and the upkeep of the area.

We are looking for a candidate with excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. A valid Operator Driver's License and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds are also required.
