Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced dental assistant to join our team at Oak Dental Partners. The successful candidate will assist our dentist in providing high-quality care to patients undergoing general anesthesia procedures.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist the dentist chairside during anesthesia procedures
  • Comfort patients as needed while being prepped
  • Take radiographs as instructed by the provider
  • Charge out procedures upon completion and document in progress notes
  • Set up and break down operatories, clean operatory areas, and stock materials
  • Support front desk operations as needed

Requirements:
  • 1+ years of experience as a dental assistant
  • Proficient in taking radiographs
  • Competent in infection control procedures
  • Familiarity with dental software and charting

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Ability to lift 25 lbs.
  • Excellent communication and organization skills
  • Experience working with patients with special healthcare needs
