Job Description

Job Title: Industrial Waste Systems Technician

Job Summary: MSR-FSR is seeking a highly skilled Industrial Waste Systems Technician to join our team. As an Industrial Waste Systems Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and operating industrial wastewater treatment and purification systems, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and Maintain Industrial Wastewater Systems: Ensure the efficient operation of industrial wastewater treatment and purification systems, including biological treatment systems.
  • Perform Routine Maintenance and Repairs: Conduct routine preventative and corrective maintenance procedures to ensure the optimal performance of industrial wastewater systems.
  • Monitor and Analyze System Performance: Utilize quality systems and diagnostic tools to monitor and analyze system performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with factory and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Develop and Implement Process Improvements: Identify opportunities for process improvements and develop and implement solutions to enhance system performance and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Education and Experience: Associate's degree in a related field (Mechanical, Chemical, or Water/Purification) or equivalent technical degree with 1+ years of experience in industrial wastewater operations or facilities.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Maximo Maintenance planning software, SCADA and Cimplicity control systems, and analytical equipment.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
