Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Project Manager to lead the development of innovative software solutions for our Retail team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing technology integrations and releases, ensuring seamless customer experiences in our stores globally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead multiple concurrent projects and features, including scope, requirements, timelines, resource allocation, and stakeholder management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Store Operations, Legal, Design, Trust & Safety, and Marketing, to deliver business-critical features.
  • Define business and functional requirements for features and tooling to support success metrics.
  • Manage projects using project management software, such as JIRA, and ensure effective communication with stakeholders.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of technical program and/or project management experience involving iOS applications or equivalent experience leading Apple Retail as a team lead.
  • Experience managing projects using project management software, such as JIRA, or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent organization skills, acute attention to detail, and ability to balance multiple tasks in a constantly evolving environment.
  • Effective facilitation skills, fostering productive meetings and leading the team to generate solutions and make decisions in a timely manner throughout a project.
  • Naturally accountable, responsible, and self-motivated, with a willingness to adapt in a highly demanding, team-oriented, and fast-paced environment.
