Technical Program Manager - Wearables Systems & Technologies

At Meta, we're pushing the boundaries of technology to create innovative products that transform the way people connect and interact. As a Technical Program Manager for our Wearables Systems & Technologies team, you'll play a critical role in shaping the future of wearable technology.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge wearable products and initiatives.
  • Develop and manage technical product solutions, ensuring timely delivery and execution in a matrix organization.
  • Drive technical and product strategy, identifying risks and developing mitigation strategies.
  • Improve software development processes at scale, ensuring seamless collaboration across teams.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • 10+ years of experience in software engineering, systems engineering, or technical product/program management.
  • Knowledge of software and hardware development for consumer devices and product development processes.
  • Experience delivering complex technology programs and/or products from inception to delivery.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Augmented Reality products and technologies.
  • Experience in operating systems and embedded software development.
  • Experience in AI/ML products and technologies.
