Position Overview

The Wealth Management Advisor is tasked with delivering comprehensive financial services to affluent clients, collaborating closely with the entire Wealth Management Division.

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Planning: Spearhead the planning function to advance the Department's long-term strategic objectives and enhance client experience initiatives. Drive the financial planning process, which encompasses designing, analyzing, and presenting tailored financial strategies that align with each client's unique circumstances.
  • Client Engagement: Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with clients, ensuring their financial needs are met and proactively addressing any concerns. Provide expert advice on fiduciary administration, financial, tax, and estate planning.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, fostering relationships with prospective clients and enhancing existing client portfolios. Collaborate with colleagues across the organization to create cross-selling opportunities.
  • Trust Administration: Oversee the management of trust accounts, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards. Conduct annual reviews of client accounts and maintain effective communication with clients regarding their financial matters.
  • Team Leadership: Inspire and develop team members, promoting a culture of professional growth and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience: 5-7 years in Trust Officer roles and 5-10 years in Financial Planning.
  • Certifications: Required: CFP; Preferred: CTFA.
