Job Title: Financial Solutions Advisor

At Bank of America, we are committed to helping our clients achieve their financial goals through comprehensive advice and customized solutions. As a Financial Solutions Advisor, you will play a critical role in providing expert guidance to clients, helping them navigate the complexities of financial planning and investment management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans for clients, taking into account their unique goals, risk tolerance, and financial situation.
  • Provide expert advice on investment products and services, including stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities, and banking and money managed solutions.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their financial needs and goals, and develop tailored solutions to meet those needs.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends and economic conditions, and provide clients with timely and relevant advice.
  • Collaborate with other Bank of America teams to ensure seamless delivery of financial solutions to clients.
Requirements:
  • Currently holds Series 7 & 65 licenses (or equivalent).
  • At least one year of experience in the investments industry, including investment training and in-depth knowledge of investment products and services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex financial situations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • At least three years of experience in the financial service industry and/or a sales environment where goals were met or exceeded.
  • Additional professional designations such as Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and/or Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC).
  • Strong computer skills with an ability to multitask in a demanding environment.
