Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Caregiver to enhance the quality of life for seniors and individuals with disabilities. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing personalized support and care to our clients, promoting their independence and well-being.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with personal hygiene needs and dressing, ensuring the client's comfort and dignity.
  • Support mobility, walking, and physical therapy exercises to maintain the client's physical health and mobility.
  • Prepare nutritious meals and snacks to meet the client's dietary needs and preferences.
  • Perform light housekeeping activities to maintain a clean and safe living environment.
  • Dispense medication as directed by the client's healthcare provider, ensuring accurate and timely administration.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to alleviate feelings of loneliness and isolation.
  • Assist with errands and shopping to ensure the client's basic needs are met.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a Caregiver, Home Health Aide, or similar role is preferred.
  • First aid and CPR certification is required.
  • Knowledge of basic housekeeping tasks and cooking skills is essential.
  • Ability to adhere to all health and safety guidelines and protocols.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to build strong relationships with clients and their families.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required.
  • Compassionate, respectful, and ethical behavior is essential for providing high-quality care.
