Job Summary

Your Home Assistant, LLC is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate individual to fill the role of Lead Schedule Coordinator and Client Service Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating the schedules of our caregivers and clients, ensuring seamless delivery of services and exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Orient new staff members on policies and procedures, completing the onboarding process
  • Arrange and document training for staff
  • Schedule staff and notify clients of changes
  • Perform written assignments of duties on a client-specific basis
  • Meet with staff as necessary to educate and provide guidance
  • Receive and review referrals of clients, following up as needed
  • Perform initial assessment visits to client homes, assigning caregivers and completing assessment forms
  • Conduct supervisory visits to clients' homes, ensuring quality care and client satisfaction
  • Provide monthly supervision of client care via telephone or other contacts
  • Investigate complaints and incidents, counseling staff as needed
  • Communicate with case managers, physicians, and other providers to ensure effective care
  • Attend client care conferences and staff meetings
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to agency core values and mission
  • Perform all job functions in compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations
