Quality Control Manager

We are looking for an experienced Quality Control Manager - Federal Construction Projects to lead our quality control efforts on federal construction projects in Boise, ID. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of federal construction regulations and quality control best practices.

The estimated salary for this role is $90,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement Quality Control (QC) plans for federal construction projects.
  2. Conduct regular inspections and testing to ensure compliance with project specifications and federal regulations.
  3. Manage subcontractor performance and inspect their work to ensure conformity to federal quality standards.
  4. Maintain accurate records of inspection reports, test results, and non-conformance issues.
  5. Prepare regular QC reports for project stakeholders, including government agencies, project managers, and senior leadership.
