Job Title: Site Reliability Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated Site Reliability Engineer to join our team at Dunhill Professional Search. As a Site Reliability Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our cloud-based applications and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide integration and operational support for production and lower environment cloud and web-based applications.
  • Collaborate with Cloud Engineers and O&M technicians to ensure efficient process execution.
  • Lead Incident Management, Triage, and Troubleshooting of incidents, using ServiceNow to coordinate internal efforts.
  • Work with Cloud Engineers to improve ongoing technical operations and maintenance activities of the cloud environments.
  • Rotate on-call shifts and provide normal business hour support.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent relevant experience).
  • CSP Associate level cloud certification in AWS, Microsoft Azure, OCI, or Google Cloud.
  • 8-15 years of IT experience, with a combination of 3-4 years of cloud engineering experience and 4+ years of debugging Microsoft Windows or Linux-based operating systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Professional level certification in cloud computing.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to effectively communicate technical issues.
  • Knowledge of circuit boards, processors, chips, electronic equipment, and computer hardware and software.
  • Ability to think long-term and establish achievable action plans.
  • Actively looks for ways to help people in the most efficient manner.
