About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Supervisor to join our team at Alice + Olivia. As a Sales Supervisor, you will play a key role in driving sales growth, providing exceptional customer service, and leading by example on the sales floor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet sales goals by ensuring that each customer receives outstanding customer service and has a seamless shopping experience.
  • Establish and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients, driving repeat business and loyalty.
  • Partner with the management team to foster a collaborative and creative work environment, promoting teamwork and innovation.
  • Utilize company selling culture and training tools to meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and collections, providing expert knowledge to customers and staff alike.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to brand standards.
  • Support the development of staff members, providing coaching and feedback to ensure their success.
  • Participate in store operations, including opening and closing procedures, shipments, and daily tasks.
  • Remain open to feedback and continuous learning, driving personal and professional growth.

Requirements:

  • Previous management experience, preferably in a retail environment.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Continuous standing and walking, with occasional lifting and bending.
  • Ability to work with technology, including POS systems and computer equipment.
