DaVita is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Patient Care Technician to join our team. As a Patient Care Technician, you will play a vital role in providing direct patient care and support to individuals with end-stage renal disease.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide safe, comfortable, and hygienic dialysis treatment to patients

Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment, including measuring and recording vital signs and patient observations

Set up and operate hemodialysis machines

Educate patients on kidney dialysis-related topics and provide emotional support

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent patient care

Comfortable working around blood and needles

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
