Patient Care Services

As a Clinical Care Technician at Powers Health, you will perform patient care services under the supervision of a manager or nurse, including phlebotomy, 12 Lead EKGs, and vital sign collection. You will also assist medical and nursing staff with patient visits and procedures.

Departmental Support

You will assist nursing personnel in maintaining efficient patient flow by performing clinical support activities, maintaining records, and inventories related to patient care activities.

Clinical Services

You will provide a variety of clinical services to patients and staff members in the departments, including serving as a monitor tech and performing phlebotomy, non-invasive cardiology, and respiratory procedures.

Personal Care

You will assist patients with their personal needs, comfort, and safety in accordance with hospital policy and nursing service standards.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to read, write, and spell
  • Over 18 years of age
  • Experience in a related field, such as medical assisting or EMT
  • Fundamental understanding of medical terminology and computer skills
