Progressive Care Unit Nurse Specialist Opportunity
Porter Hospital is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Progressive Care Unit team. This is a full-time position with 36 hours per week, 12 hour shifts. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to patient-centered care and a passion for working in a fast-paced environment.
This unit is a great starting point for RNs interested in specializing in an ICU or Trauma area. As a Nurse Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work with cardiac and neuro patients, as well as patients at an acuity too high for med/surg. Our team is committed to providing compassionate and caring service to our patients and each other.

As a Registered Nurse at Porter Hospital, you will be required to have a current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Indiana and BLS certification. ACLS certification is also required within 12 months of being hired.
