Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized service to guests, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere through friendly conversation, intuitive suggestions, and engaging surroundings.
  • Complete all necessary setup, side work, and closing duties to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Stay knowledgeable about our menu items, ingredients, preparation methods, and garnishes to accurately answer guest questions and provide recommendations.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction with food and drink quality and presentation, and take proactive steps to resolve any issues.
  • Promote teamwork and contribute to creating a friendly and safe work environment that fosters growth and development.
  • Process all payment methods and complete end-of-shift paperwork accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain a neat and professional personal appearance, and be an ambassador for our establishment at all times.
  • Anticipate guest needs and offer exemplary hospitality to create a memorable experience.
Requirements
  • Outgoing and social personality with excellent communication and listening skills.
  • Passion for service with a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Ability to handle high volume and work under pressure with a team-player mindset.
  • Previous restaurant or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Ability to stand and move at a fast pace for long periods of time, and be available to work weekends and holidays as necessary.
