Job Overview

McFarland Clinic, P.C. is seeking a dedicated Patient Registration Specialist for our medical office. The ideal candidate will possess a strong service orientation, be a collaborative team member, and consistently deliver exceptional care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome, guide, and register patients and visitors.
  • Address patient inquiries regarding billing, process payments, and manage cash transactions.
  • Provide general information about clinic services in alignment with our organizational values.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma, GED, or HiSET is required.

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday with one Saturday each month. Standard hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with Saturday shifts from 7:30 AM to 12:00 PM (rotation).

Experience Requirements:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with proficient typing abilities.
  • Prior customer service experience and interaction with the public is essential.
  • Preferred candidates will have at least one year of experience in a healthcare office environment.
