- Welcome and assist patients and visitors with registration and check-in processes.
- Address patient inquiries regarding billing and payment options.
- Manage cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma, GED, or HiSET is required.
Work Schedule:
Standard working days are Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturday shifts.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Saturday shifts are from 7:30 AM to 12:00 PM on a rotating basis.
Experience Requirements:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with proficient typing abilities.
- Prior customer service experience, particularly in public-facing roles, is essential.
- Preferred candidates will have at least one year of experience in a medical office environment.
