Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma, GED, or HiSET is required.

Work Schedule:

Standard working days are Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturday shifts.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Saturday shifts are from 7:30 AM to 12:00 PM on a rotating basis.

Experience Requirements:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with proficient typing abilities.
  • Prior customer service experience, particularly in public-facing roles, is essential.
  • Preferred candidates will have at least one year of experience in a medical office environment.
