Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain precise records of customer accounts, assist in reconciling outstanding balances, and address discrepancies effectively.
  • Oversee customer balances through the accounts receivable process, ensuring professional communication for the collection of overdue amounts.
  • Investigate credit card payment failures, liaising with customers to resolve issues promptly.
  • Process employee expense reports via the Expensify platform, verifying receipts and ensuring adherence to company policies for timely reimbursements.
  • Manage payment terms documentation for customer accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Record payments from the accounts receivable log to customer accounts.
  • Update credit card expiration dates to prevent disruptions in payment processing.
  • Monitor and apply international charges as necessary.
  • Calculate and implement account adjustments, including credit adjustments and balance corrections, ensuring accuracy.
  • Prepare and issue manual invoices for customers.
  • Generate and apply credit memos for approved adjustments, coordinating with relevant teams.
  • Manage Cost of Goods Sold (COGs) charges, collaborating with team members to maintain accurate records.
  • Assist in establishing new vendor accounts, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Conduct credit evaluations on potential vendors and customers, assessing creditworthiness and communicating findings to stakeholders.
  • Perform additional administrative tasks as required, including answering phones and processing mail.
Qualifications:
  • Associate degree in accounting, finance, or related field, or a minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar role.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills, with experience in cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Adaptable with a strong work ethic.
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. is required; sponsorship is not available for this position.
