Position Overview:
St. Luke's Health System is on the lookout for a dedicated Program Manager specializing in Cyber Security to enhance our team in Boise, ID.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the Chief Information Security Officer as a vital member of the Cyber Security leadership team.
- Oversee the Cyber Security Education and Awareness initiative.
- Engage cross-departmentally to support the establishment of a new Insider Risk program.
The Program Manager will independently manage system-wide projects and programs, focusing on strategy, program risks, project timelines, deliverables, and long-term objectives.
- Handle multiple intricate, system-wide projects in a dynamic environment with numerous partners, stakeholders, and healthcare professionals.
- Work in partnership with executives, operational teams, clinicians, and physicians in the strategic planning, design, execution, and evaluation of essential system programs.
- Track organizational progress against established plans, ensuring alignment with SLHS principles, organizational strategies, and financial objectives.
- Lead and facilitate ongoing stakeholder committees or working groups.
- Evaluate program risks and collaborate with leadership to formulate mitigation strategies and solutions.
- Develop and manage program budgets effectively.
- Guide and mentor team members, providing expert insights and advice. May also evaluate team staff performance.
- Establish key performance indicators for assessed functions, evaluate current conditions, and propose future goals and objectives.
- Exhibit innovative thought leadership and strategic foresight.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience: Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
- Licenses/Certifications: None required.
