Position Overview:

St. Luke's Health System is on the lookout for a dedicated Program Manager specializing in Cyber Security to enhance our team in Boise, ID.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the Chief Information Security Officer as a vital member of the Cyber Security leadership team.
  • Oversee the Cyber Security Education and Awareness initiative.
  • Engage cross-departmentally to support the establishment of a new Insider Risk program.

The Program Manager will independently manage system-wide projects and programs, focusing on strategy, program risks, project timelines, deliverables, and long-term objectives.

  • Handle multiple intricate, system-wide projects in a dynamic environment with numerous partners, stakeholders, and healthcare professionals.
  • Work in partnership with executives, operational teams, clinicians, and physicians in the strategic planning, design, execution, and evaluation of essential system programs.
  • Track organizational progress against established plans, ensuring alignment with SLHS principles, organizational strategies, and financial objectives.
  • Lead and facilitate ongoing stakeholder committees or working groups.
  • Evaluate program risks and collaborate with leadership to formulate mitigation strategies and solutions.
  • Develop and manage program budgets effectively.
  • Guide and mentor team members, providing expert insights and advice. May also evaluate team staff performance.
  • Establish key performance indicators for assessed functions, evaluate current conditions, and propose future goals and objectives.
  • Exhibit innovative thought leadership and strategic foresight.
  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
  • Licenses/Certifications: None required.
