Primary Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and organize procedural documentation and study data for the Global Investigator Sponsored Trial program.
  • Engage with investigators, applicants, and site personnel to gather necessary proposal documentation and provide updates on progress.
  • Facilitate the agreement process for all Investigator Sponsored Trials in partnership with diverse teams.
  • Oversee operational duties related to payment processes and document finalization for the IST program.
  • Guarantee the precision and promptness of information within databases and tracking systems.
  • Enhance and sustain knowledge of regulatory and operational components of clinical trials.
  • Monitor financial tracking of IST support, milestone achievements, and resource allocations.
  • Identify and escalate issues that may hinder business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a scientific, business, or health-related discipline.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in grants contract management.
  • Familiarity with the medical imaging sector and diagnostic agents is preferred.
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Suite and Office 365.
