Lantheus Medical Imaging Inc is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to fill the role of Support Specialist for the Investigator Sponsored Trial program. This position is essential in delivering operational assistance across various functional domains associated with clinical trials, while ensuring adherence to regulatory and financial standards.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Maintain and organize procedural documentation and study data for the Global Investigator Sponsored Trial program.
- Engage with investigators, applicants, and site personnel to gather necessary proposal documentation and provide updates on progress.
- Facilitate the agreement process for all Investigator Sponsored Trials in partnership with diverse teams.
- Oversee operational duties related to payment processes and document finalization for the IST program.
- Guarantee the precision and promptness of information within databases and tracking systems.
- Enhance and sustain knowledge of regulatory and operational components of clinical trials.
- Monitor financial tracking of IST support, milestone achievements, and resource allocations.
- Identify and escalate issues that may hinder business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific, business, or health-related discipline.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in grants contract management.
- Familiarity with the medical imaging sector and diagnostic agents is preferred.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Suite and Office 365.
