Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Technologist/Medical Laboratory Technician to join our team at KA Recruiting Inc. in a full-time and permanent position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform manual and automated routine blood tests, ensuring accuracy and precision in results.
- Prepare specimens for microscope examination, adhering to strict laboratory protocols.
- Operate laboratory equipment, including centrifuges, dry bath incubators, and blood bank refrigerators, with a focus on safety and efficiency.
- Utilize experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
Requirements:
- College degree in a relevant field, such as medical technology or a related discipline.
- ASCP certification, demonstrating expertise in laboratory procedures and techniques.
- Prior lab experience and knowledge, preferably 3 years, with a strong understanding of laboratory operations and protocols.
