Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced GM Coach to lead our store operations team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales and profit growth, developing and implementing business strategies, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop high-performing teams to achieve sales and profit goals
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Ensure exceptional customer service by modeling and demonstrating our One Best Way (OBW) service model
  • Drive financial performance by reviewing and evaluating P&L statements, managing expenses, and ensuring effective merchandise presentation
  • Provide supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates, including hiring, training, and mentoring
  • Coordinate and complete job-related activities and assignments, including developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders
Requirements
  • 2 years' of college; OR 1 year's retail experience and 1 year's supervisory experience; OR 2 years' general work experience and 1 year's supervisory experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to model and demonstrate our OBW service model
