We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to lead our pharmacy team at Walmart. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the pharmacy, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy, including staff management, inventory management, and customer service.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including HIPAA, OSHA, and state pharmacy laws.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as retail and logistics, to ensure seamless operations.
- Manage budgets and financial performance to ensure profitability.
- Develop and implement training programs to ensure staff are knowledgeable and skilled in pharmacy operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD, degree or equivalent FPGEC (NABP).
- Pharmacy license (by job entry date).
- Completion of an ACPE accredited immunization training program (for example, APhA, Pharmacy School Curriculum, State Pharmacy Association sponsored).
- U.S. pharmacy related experience.
