Position Summary:

Under the supervision of the Facilities Manager or appointed Supervisor, the incumbent will carry out a diverse range of skilled tasks related to the upkeep and maintenance of buildings and equipment, as well as perform associated duties as necessary.

Qualifications:

Applicants must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, coupled with four (4) years of relevant experience in skilled building maintenance (with at least two years within the last two years and references available). A Builder's license or certification in Electrical, Plumbing, and/or Heating and Cooling is required (full licensure is preferred). A valid Michigan driver's license, chauffeur's license, and/or CDL is also necessary, or the ability to obtain one within three (3) months of employment.

Veterans are encouraged to submit Form DD214 to verify eligibility for Veterans' Preference.
