We are seeking a skilled Custodian to join our team at Diversified Maintenance. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining and cleaning all floor surfaces, including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and vacuuming.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and clean all floor surfaces, including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
  • Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage to floors and other objects.
  • Clean, monitor, and maintain restrooms, fitting rooms, corridors, and store entrance areas.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and supplies.
  • Basic knowledge of cleaning and maintenance procedures.
