Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily operations of dining services in a medium to large-scale environment.
  • Engage with patrons to address inquiries and resolve issues in a courteous manner.
  • Support financial oversight, including budgeting and profit analysis for the account.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop menus that prioritize quality and innovation.
  • Oversee all aspects of food service, focusing on quality improvement, sanitation, and compliance with health regulations.
  • Assist in the implementation of new culinary initiatives in partnership with marketing and culinary teams.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports for client presentations.
  • Work with marketing to drive sales through innovative food offerings.
  • Communicate effectively with culinary staff to ensure alignment with the company’s vision.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years in food service management.
  • Experience in diverse settings such as restaurants, hotels, corporate dining, education, military, or healthcare.
  • Preferred experience in catering and table service.
  • Knowledge of current food trends with an emphasis on quality, production, and sanitation.
  • Strong financial acumen, including budgeting and accounting skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • ServSafe Certification is a plus.
  • Associate's degree is preferred.
