Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Pastry Cook to join our team at FF ACRES LLC.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, cakes, cookies, breads, and other sweet treats to meet customer demands.

Follow established recipes and ensure consistency in taste and appearance.

Decorate and present pastries and desserts in an attractive manner to enhance the overall dining experience.

Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain a well-stocked bakery.

Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and healthy environment.

Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to prevent contamination and ensure quality products.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Pastry Cook or similar role in a fast-paced bakery environment.

Knowledge of baking techniques and pastry decorating to create visually appealing desserts.

Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately to ensure consistency in products.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Excellent time management skills to meet customer demands and maintain a clean and organized work area.
