Crate and Barrel is the premier provider of upscale home decor and furniture. We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Associate to join our team in Hudson Grace, a new brand within Crate and Barrel.
As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer service and sales support to customers. Your enthusiasm and product knowledge will make shopping an enjoyable experience for our clients, inspiring them to return and explore our products.
We are looking for a driven professional with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences. You will work under the direction of the Store Manager to achieve daily sales goals, become an expert on our products, answer customer questions, and maintain a clean and welcoming store environment.
The successful candidate will have:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 6+ months of customer service or retail experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google applications, computer systems, and tablet devices
Your compensation package includes a competitive hourly rate between $16.00 and $22.50, depending on your location and level of experience. You may also be eligible for bonuses, sales incentives, and long-term incentives based on your role.
